We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

Our team arrives 60-90 minutes before your event to set up the booth, backdrop, props, and lighting. After your event, we handle complete breakdown and cleanup at no extra charge.

Absolutely! All packages from Premium and above include custom branded templates. You can add your names, event date, logos, or any design elements that match your event theme.

Depending on your package, guests receive photos via instant prints, email, text message, or QR code for downloading. All photos are also uploaded to a private online gallery accessible for 60 days.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 14-29 days prior receive 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event.

Yes! All packages include a curated selection of props and at least one backdrop. Higher-tier packages offer multiple backdrop options and premium props. You can also request specific themes.

We typically need a 10x10 ft area for our standard booth setup. For the 360° booth or larger configurations, we recommend 12x12 ft. We'll also need access to a standard electrical outlet.

All packages from Silver and above include a professional attendant who helps guests, manages the booth, troubleshoots any issues, and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout your event.
