We primarily serve the greater metropolitan area and surrounding counties. For events outside our standard service area, we can accommodate with additional travel fees. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

Absolutely! We offer free consultations at our studio where you can see our equipment, review sample photos, and discuss customization options. Call or email to schedule an appointment.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due one week before your event.
While we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, we often accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help!
